The farmhouse sits in one of the region's most historically significant areas as it provided the backdrop for the celebrated battle of Lake Trasimeno and the legendary deeds of carthaginian general Hannibal.On top of that, our farmhouse - which also operates as a farming business – also stands out for providing stunning views over Lake Trasimeno and being located on the border with Cortona, an ancient tuscan town wit Etruscan origins. Set in a quiet, relaxing countryside setting in close proximity to the most popular tourist destinations in Umbria and Tuscany, farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale is sure to offer you a unique holiday experience steeped in quiet, culture and charming landscapes. Spending your holidays at farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale is immersing in untouched nature, enjoying a unique opportunity to experience first-hand time-honoured rural traditions and feast your eyes on stunning landscapes ranging from Lake Trasimeno, in Umbria, to the Cortona hills, in neighbouring nella Tuscany. You will love spending your holidays in an ancient farmhouse set amidst lawns, olive-groves, woods, fields of wheat and huge expanses of sunflowers.Whilst an ideal holiday destination for families with children, La Sosta di Annibale is also a preferred spot for those who wish to enjoy moments of pure relaxation, comfortably lying on the lawn in our large, well-kept, fenced-in park housing a generously-sized swimming pool (14 metres in length and 7 in width; depth ranging from 1 to 1,80 metres) with roman steps for easier access. Beautifully converted (and recently extended) in keeping with the traditional architecture of tuscan stone-farmhouses with exposed brickwork, farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale features 8 apartments and several well-equipped common areas specifically designed to provide guests with a unique holiday experience Besides the large park and the swimming pool, common areas include a spacious hall where guests can rest, read or spend time in company, a large covered parking facility as well as a barbecue area with two grills and a laundry area with washing machine.All equipped with water, power, gas, independent heating and air conditioning, our apartments each feature a spacious, well-lit living area with TV set and sofas, a fully-equipped kitchenette complete with modern appliances including electric oven and fridge, one bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, each sleeping two people (extra beds and cots for infants can also be added). Externally, all apartments are equipped with garden furniture for guests to use and relax in the warm summer days. In addition, farmhouse guests all have access to free-of-charge Internet connection both in and outside their apartments. All rates shown for farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale in Umbria are inclusive of VAT, water, power, gas, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), 2 sun loungers and final cleaning. Rates also include any extra beds and cots and air conditioning. Heating charges (the heating period runs from 25/09 to 30/10 and from 27/02 to 24/04) are € 5,00 for each m3.Cleaning is carried out at the end of each stay. For longer stays, an extra cleaning service can be arranged (on request) at an additional cost of € 10/hour; claening will be carried out on saturdays.In exceptional circumstances and with the prior consent of the owner, pets are allowed at an additional cost of € 50 for final cleaning to be paid on checkout; To secure your booking at farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale, we require a 30% downpayment upon booking and the balance should be settled, no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival, by back transfer to the following account: IBAN: IT53 X054 9625 4000 0001 0636 611 BIC: POCSIT31 Codice SWIFT: CIPBITMM No damages deposit required. No refund will be given in case of cancellation before the payment of the balance; for earlier cancellations owners are willing to show full understanding of customer requirements. Check-ins are on Saturdays from 4pm to 7 pm; please call in if travelling late; on departure apartments should be vacated by 10 am; on arrival you will be requested to fill in the required registration forms and turn them in the following morning.

Posto veramente molto bello, immerso nella campagna umbra, piscina contornata di ulivi dove puoi godere della tranquillità e la bellezza del paesaggio. Alloggi confortevoli, dotati di patio attrezzato per colazioni e pranzi immersi nella natura, i Read more proprietari Andrea e Morena, sempre gentili e disponibili per una chiacchierata e per consigli e suggerimenti su cosa visitare, e dove andare a mangiare. In definitiva posso dire che la mia è stata una bella esperienza, sicuramente da ritornarci.

Una bellissima settimana in questo agriturismo, tutto il parco tenuto benissimo. A l'ombra degli ulivi, relax vicino alla piscina. L'accoglienza perfetta di Andrea, i suoi consigli, la frutta del orto fatta trovare sul terrazzo alla mattina... E poi la Read more regione magnifica, Perugia in particolare, ma anche le cittadine vicine al lago o verso la toscana...
