"La Ginestra" is a 30 hectare organic farm, situated deep in the green hills of Umbria, 650 metres above sea level, partly wooded and partly farmed, with an olive grove, orchard and pasture. It is a protected area and home to rare plants and animals. The farm, which has been operative for 15 years, includes a principal dwelling dating back to the 19th century, a tower-house and a cottage - all restored in stone in their original architectural form.
